WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

Delivery varies from region to region. Please allow 3 to 7 working days to United States by USPS. 12 to 18 working days to Canada, 8-12 working days to DE, UK, FR, ES, IT, AT,NL. 4-8 working days to deliver Japan, 8-12 working days to delivery to Austrian and New Zealand.
