0 out 0f 10. I contacted you the day we received the part to tell you it came in an envelope and was broken. I even sent you pictures of the envelope it came in and the broken piece. You replied that you didn't have any more in the amazon warehouse so it would have to come from China. If I couldn't wait you would give me a refund. Well, I am still waiting for my REFUND! I reached out to you last week again, and I get no response. I am extremely dissppointed in your service.
